One of the most crucial things to your health is sleep. I had sleep deprivation and it was hard to go to sleep. I would be so tired but I just couldn’t go to sleep. I still have a hard time sleeping early but I do sleep. I just sleep at a later time. I try to sleep early so I can wake up and do my makeup but most days I be so tired. I have bags because I do not sleep well which is the reason why I have to double up on my concealer.
Your eyebrows are on your face-( so I have a saying which is “eyebrows are apart of your hygiene”. You always wanna make sure they are nice and clean.)
You feel good– ( The best feeling is when you are happy with yourself. Eyebrows play a big role if you didn’t know. When your eyebrows look good, you feel good.)
You wouldn’t want to have no eyebrows– (Everyone knows how we would look without brows. Not that good. We would look weird without them. If you are not taking care of your eyebrows then you are basically giving up.)
The hair wants moisture– (Your eyebrow hair does not want to be dry. They are trying to tell you to make sure you moisturize and wash your face so they can also get hydrated.) LOL)
Stay hydrated guys! Not just for your health but for your skin. Water kills all the toxins in your body and makes your skin look healthier. I am not gonna lie, I don’t drink water all the time but I need to start. I want perfect looking skin without acne. I am pretty sure we would all kill for that. Unless you already have perfect skin and then in that case “I hate you “(LOL). It really is boring to drink water all the time. It’s good for you but… its boring. Sometimes you just crave a coke or Pepsi. Those are really bad for you so don’t drink those!
